The Balmoral Group has been selected to provide final design and preparation of construction drawings/specifications for the proposed SR 528 outside widening from Narcooseee Road to SR 417. Additional elements include milling and resurfacing, surveying, drainage evaluation and design, permitting, lighting, signing and pavement markings, ITS, maintenance of traffic, utility coordination and geotechnical analysis.
